THE BUILD PROCESS

We work with a number of great architects, engineers,  and designers and marry the right design team to each specific project and client.  We are not biased towards our own in-house group.

We facilitate presentations from multiple design teams for clients consideration and help them decide who is right for their project.

During the design process we concurrently develop initial construction and finishing budgets and present multiple general contractors for consideration drawing from our years of experience with them.

Because we are experienced designers and building contractors ourselves we understand how to get the best possible outcome for our clients and know how to keep the costs down.

We’re committed to providing the highest level of technical expertise and service, using our experience and a common sense approach that delivers results and builds long-term relationships.

Whether you need an entire project team or interim support, we can propose a solution for you. 

Our team of educated and experienced professionals can provide support during design, pre-construction, construction and close-out.
 

We provide expert management of both new construction and modernization projects and ensure the highest level of control over quality, budget, schedule, and safety.

Our principals have a long history of building on the West Coast and in North Idaho.

We are experienced in hillside, coastal and lakefront construction and are up to speed on all the building codes throughout the areas we build on the West Coast.

We have lots of commercial building and restaurant experience as well.

We are aligned with a dozen or more reputable General Contractors that we can collaborate with on projects as needed.   

At the end of the day it boils down to who is experienced, ready, and able to build a project so we are not limited in any way to our own internal resources and offer multiple solutions for our clients.
