HEIDI HERSHLY

Heidi has been a resident of Idaho since 1969 and a Realtor since 1999.

Her accomplishments outside of real estate are as impressive as her work as a Realtor.

Her step-father since she was a toddler was the largest cattle rancher in the State of Idaho. She graduated from Lakeland High School in Coeur d’Alene and, in 1985, was named an Idaho State Grange Princess.  She went on to further her education at Villanova University where she earned her BA.

While at Villanova she fed her passion for art as a tour guide at the Philadelphia Museum of Art. A lifelong artist, today some of her paintings can be found at Providence Holy Hospital in Spokane, Washington.

Heidi has a passion for wine and served as a wine consultant and broker for years.

Heidi has an impressive history in non-profits.

She spent 30 years as a volunteer, lobbyist, and paid Community Relations Manager for the American Cancer Society where she raised over $10MM.

She served as the Executive Director of the American Heart and Stroke Association.

She co-founded Mended Hearts, the help support group for Providence Health Care.

She is a volunteer and board member for Blessings Under The Bridge whose mission is to restore purpose and dignity to the hearts of the homeless in our community and the communities around the world.

In addition to being a Realtor, she also worked on the Silver Mountain Real Estate Development Project.

At Keller Williams Coeur D’Alene she is a member of the Associate Leadership Council and co-founder of KWCDA Cares, the local non-profit arm of the brokerage.  She also serves as the liaison between the local KW Cares and KW International.

Outside of work and caring for others she is an active kayaker, paddle boarder, cycler, golfer and animal lover.

ERIC FABER

Eric brings his passion, experience and hard work ethic to the table everyday for his clients.

In addition to being a luxury real estate agent, he is a licensed designer, home stager, general contractor and home inspector with hundreds of homes under his belt.

He fell in love with real estate, building and design at an early age. His “uncle” was well known architect, Craig Elwood, and he was influenced at a young age by his art and architecture as well as notable architects like Richard Neutra, Frank Gehry, Frank Lloyd Wright, Schindler, Charles Eames,  Eldon Davis, Quincy Jones, Robert Graham, John Lautner, Paul Williams, Richard Meir, and others.

Growing up in Southern California his parents designed and built two spectacular architectural waterfront homes. He was there every step of the way in his early teens helping with project management and his Mother’s interior design work. He learned about construction at an early age from the very best.

Concurrently, he grew up in the packaging industry. His step-father was a pioneering packaging manufacturing entrepreneur and he would go on to establish a career as a designer, marketer, and supplier of retail and food packaging.

Eric's ability to visualize space and to design practical and functional packaging proved invaluable as he transitioned into designing and redesigning homes and restaurants. He was inspired to do so by Debra Donnelly, a life long interior designer and successful stager following her 14 year career at ABC/Disney Entertainment. She convinced Eric a home was the ultimate package and together they went on to design, stage, remodel and build hundreds of homes and spaces.

Eric's overall experience in and understanding of design, staging, architecture, engineering, geology, construction, and waterfront properties uniquely qualifies him to be an advocate and resource today for buyers and sellers.

Outside of work he has  spent a lifetime serving his community as a appointed City Commissioner and as a former or current board member of many non-profits including the American Red Cross, American Cancer Society, our local Police  Department, Police Activities League, YMCA, SHARE, our local Parks  Foundation, Crossroads Community Foundation/PS Arts, Institute of  Packaging Professionals, UCLA Alumni Association, RAND Policy Circle,  National Restaurant Association, Virginia Avenue Park, Pier Restoration Corporation, Padres El Cancer, PTA, and more.

In 2010, Eric  was honored to be nominated by his community and selected from thousand’s of submitted natioanl applicants to be awarded the National Humanitarian of the Year Congressional Award sponsored by the SBCA.  He  was presented the award in a ceremony at the U.S. Capitol on May 5, 2010.
